Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
- In bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- If using oil, brush thighs lightly
- Season both sides of chicken with spice mix
- Place in preheated air fryer
- Cook 20 minutes, flipping halfway
- Brush both sides with BBQ sauce
- Cook 2 additional minutes per side until sauce is caramelized

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
Add 1 minute per side if sauce isn't fully set
Check internal temperature: 165°F (74°C)
Adjust BBQ sauce quantity to preference
