Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Cook pasta al dente, drain, and set aside
  3. Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant
  4. Add chicken chunks and cook until browned
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning
  6. Stir to combine, then mix in cooked pasta
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden

Notes

Use whole-wheat pasta for a healthier option
Substitute shredded mozzarella with cheddar or Gruyère
