Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (whole or sliced)
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini brine
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
  3. Arrange pepperoncini peppers around and on top.
  4. Pour brine over everything in the crockpot.
  5. Cut butter into pieces and scatter over chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Shred chicken once tender with two forks.
  8. Return shredded chicken to crockpot and stir in juices.
  9. Serve garnished with remaining pepperoncinis.

Notes

For milder heat, reduce pepperoncini quantity.
Adjust seasoning salt content if needed.
Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
