Method
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
- Arrange pepperoncini peppers around and on top.
- Pour brine over everything in the crockpot.
- Cut butter into pieces and scatter over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken once tender with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to crockpot and stir in juices.
- Serve garnished with remaining pepperoncinis.
Notes
For milder heat, reduce pepperoncini quantity.
