  • Honey ½ cup
  • Water 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoons

  • Sesame seeds (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  2. Add flour and toss until evenly coated
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden
  5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute
  6. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and water, scraping up browned bits
  7. Simmer 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens
  8. Serve over rice with garnishes
